Ana Brnabic, Serbia's Prime Minister, said on Tuesday (March 20) her governemnet would go under reconstruction soon, adding it has to function as a team or she would not hold the office
„As soon as President Aleksandar Vucic returns from Brussels I will ask him to discuss the government reshuffle, she told Tanjug news agency.
Brnabic said she had accepted Vucic’s invitation to head the government because she knew „how much he cares for the prosperity of Serbia“, but added the cabinet had to be a team, or there would not be any result.
„We will function as a team, without promotions of some individual agendas, and we will have results, or I do not have to be Prime Minister,“ Brnabic said, stressing the reshuffle talks would start in the shortest possible time.
Current Serbia’s government was sworn in in June 2017, after snap parliamentary elections which the then PM Vucic called before running for the presidential office. Following his election, Brnabic replaced him as the head of the government.
