A car was blown up in the town of Bijelo Polje on the night of Sunday-Monday (April 1-2) in front of the house of Montenegrin TV journalist Sead Sadikovic.

Local media reported that no one was injured in the blast, adding that the home of the Vijesti TV station reporter is in the same street as the Higher Court building. The police said an investigation was underway but made no mention of who was behind the blast or who it was aimed at.

Sadikovic said a local man who lives in Austria parked the car with Belgrade license plates in front of his house on Sunday. The Montenegrin state radio TV (RTCG) said on its web site that the man was in a nearby cafe when the blast destroyed his car. Both men were questioned by the police.
