The French company Vinci Airports filed applications with the Serbian Commission for Protection of Competition for the Nikola Tesla Airport concession, Commission President Miloje Obradovic said on Friday.
“Vinci has come to us over the Belgrade airport concession and filed a concentration report,” Obradovic told reporters.
Vinci has also filed an application for protection of data with the Commission, he said.
Vinci Airports and the Serbian Government signed a contract granting the French company a 25 year concession for Belgrade’s Nikola Tesla Airport worht 501 million Euro.
