
Belgian Prime Minister Charles Michel arrived on a two-day visit to Serbia on Monday evening.
He was met at Belgrade’s Nikola Tesla airport by Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic.
Michel is scheduled to meet separately with his Serbian counterpart Ana Brnabic and President Aleksandar Vucic on Tuesday following a formal welcoming ceremony in front of the Palace of Serbia in New Belgrade.
The Belgian Prime Minister told the Beta news agency that he was coming to Belgrade to encourage the Serbian government to implement reforms as part of the European integration process and for talks on the situation in the region and normalization of relations with Kosovo.
