Customs officers in the Montenegrin port of Bar found a large quantity of cocaine hidden in a shipment of bananas.

Montenegrin media reported that the customs officers seized about 30 kilograms of cocaine were found on the ship that originated in Ecuador.

The Bar port police said the drugs were found in a Maersk transport company container which was scanned after the customs officers found some irregularities, Podgorica daily Vijesti reported.
