Zlatibor Loncar told the state RTS television that training for the teams would start this week in Belgrade and three other Serbia’s cities, to be ready for the beginning of the next school year, on September 3.

The teams will talk to children, teachers, and parents, explaining to them what are the risks involving drug abuse, what makes children turn to drugs, what are the changes in behaviour when they start using and other important issues related to the problem.

Some 300 experts in psychology, psychiatry, some prosecutors, judges, police officers and educational staff will attend the training.
