Glider pilot killed in northern Serbia

Belgrade media reported that the 39 year old died when his hang glider fell from the sky during his first solo flight.

Witnesses said the pilot started circling instead of coming for a landing, adding that this was probably not caused by problems with the ultar-light aircraft.

Bikovo is an airfield some six kilometres southeast of Subotica which used for flight training and sky diving.
