Protest by inmates in Montenegrin prison

The inmates at the Spuz prison outside the Montenegrin capital Podgorica are demanding better medical care and the right to exercise regularly.  

The prison authorities said in a press release that the fire was started in a ventilation shaft in one of the cells.
