Kosovo Albanian taxi driver attacked in Mitrovica

The Kosovo police confirmed the attack, adding that efforts are being made to identify the attackers who threw rocks at the taxi.  

The cabbie was driving passengers to in the north of the town which is divided into a mainly Serb north and Albanian south.  

The attack comes days after two buses carrying Serbs were stoned by local Albanians outside the town of Istok.
