The European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and civilian air traffic authorities from other countries will be allowed to take part in investigating air traffic accidents in Serbia under the changes to the Serbian law on air traffic adopted by parliament on Friday.
The EASA and air traffic experts from other countries can now take part in investigations by the Serbian Centre for Traffic Accidents as advisors.
The changes to the law also allow investigations into drone accidents, the Beta news agency reported.
A statement said that the changes to the law should enable reliable and independent accident investigations.
