European Union Delegation chief Sem Fabrizi said on Friday that the latest developments show that the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue is a necessity.

He told the Beta news agency that the EU wants the Kosovo authorities to act in line with the rule of law, adding that the authorities in Pristina should realize that the decision to raise tariffs on imports from Serbia is a violation of CEFTA and revoke the measure.

All that shows that the dialogue is more necessary than ever and the EU is determined to facilitate it, he said after a meeting with Belgrade University students.
