KFOR on Tuesday announced exercises in the north of Kosovo, adding that this is part of regular training activities and not related to any threat.
A post on the KFOR Facebook page said that “KFOR troops will move and deploy along the major roads in accordance with their mandate under UN Security Council resolution 1244”.
“This is a normal training activity, not related to any specific threat or concern. The situation is under control and KFOR will continue protecting all citizens in Kosovo, as it has done since 1999,” the post said.
