New measures would endanger Serbs, Kosovo MP says

“You can’t overlook everything on the minds of the hotheads in Pristina and their further steps which would endanger peace and security for all in Kosovo, especially the Serbs,” he told the Serbian state TV (RTS).  

Simic said that the ban on visits to Kosovo by Serbian officials would “deal another blow to the calming of tensions”, adding that the Serbs can’t accept anything that would jeopardize their physical survival in Kosovo.  

The Kosovo Serb MP said peaceful protests would continue and called representatives of the international community to call Pristina to stop endangering the survival of the Serbs and undermining the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue.
