More than 60 flu-related deaths in Serbia

He told MPs during a debate on a set of health care laws that some 250,000 people had been vaccinated against the flu this winter, adding that this is the highest number of inoculations in the past 10 years.

“Vaccination is extremely important. We can’t have different opinions on it,” he warned.

The minister said that criminal charges had been filed against people speaking out against vaccination.
