Nothing will happen at today's '1 in 5 million' protest, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said on Saturday, adding he was sorry for the violence against the Belgrade's Stari Grad and Paracin municipal councillors from his Serbian Progressive Party (SNS).

“The violence won't achieve anything but commotion,” Vucic told the local Pink TV.
He noted that at around 5 am, hooligans entered the municipality building of Stari Grad on Saturday, throwing out SNS members, and that ambulance was barely able to provide medical treatment to an SNS councillor in Paracin municipality, who is a diabetic.
The President announced that his campaign 'Serbia's Future' will gather some 130,000 supporters on a meeting in Belgrade, on April 19. The meeting will host many celebrities, and he even invited the PINK TV owner, Zeljko Mitrovic, to attend the meeting as a guest.
“DJ Zeks is welcome to join us, if he wants,” Vucic said, adding that “Mitrovic will surely make a carnival atmosphere at the meeting.”
He refused to respond to the opposition's requests, saying he is not a wishing fountain.
