Belgrade Deputy Mayor: Brave SNS councillors prevented a coup

“We were at the Stari Dvod (Old Palace) at the Nikola Pasic Square. We were in all municipalities except in Stari Grad where criminals threw us out. They planned to get into the Belgrade Assembly and several municipalities to start a hunger strike, thus executing a coup,” Vesic said. “Our brave councillors managed to preserve the will of the people and defend the institutions and democracy.”
