
Belgrade daily Vecernje Novosti said on Monday that the ruling Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) will hold meetings of the top party bodies on Tuesday to discuss possible early elections.

The daily said that President Aleksandar Vucic’s SNS has reserved meeting halls in the Sava Centre with plans to bring in 7,000 party officials.
It added that meetings of the party Presidency, Executive Board and Main Board have been scheduled, adding that they will also discuss possible responses to opposition pressure on the authorities.
Vecernje Novosti said that all the meetings will be public with video beams set up inside Sava Centre.
