Serbia's Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic has recently said 12 countries notified Belgrade about their decision to withdraw Kosovo's independence until the Belgrade - Pristina dialogue on normalisation of relations produced a solution.

Pacolli told the parliament members “not to be upset” for alleged reports on the withdrawals of Kosovo’s independence because “there are no such decisions and Pristina still has 116 recognitions” worldwide.

He added Serbia “orchestrates information about withdrawals by small and economically weak countries.”

“You will see that the statesmen from those countries that were said to have withdrawn recognition will visit Kosovo," Pacolli said, adding "the head of state of Guinea Bisao will soon come, as well as the Nigerian President."

He said the documents Belgrade showed as proves of the withdrawal were “fraud.”

Dacic has said that Guinea Bisao was one of those countries that had withdrawn the decision on recognition of Kosovo's independence.

Pacolli on Wednesday explained the new recognitions were “difficult due to the geopolitical changes at the international scene.

”In the meantime, the daily reported that the Kenyan Deputy President William Ruto, arrived in Pristina on Saturday on board of Pacolli’s private plane and was greeted by the Kosovo Security Forces’ guard.
