Serbian customs officers seized thousands of psychoactive substance pills at the Batrovci border crossing with Croatia, the Customs Authority said on Monday.
The press release said that customs officers seized 18,000 pills of tramadol produced in Slovenia and North Macedonia and 400 pills of trodon made in Serbia.
The drugs were found in a Switzerland-registered WV Golf 4 on May 18. Two ethnic Albanians with Slovenian and Swedish passports were arrested on drug smuggling charges. The drugs were hidden under the padding of the doors.
