Mounted police unit and police orchestra of Serbia and Slovakia paraded on main Belgrade streets on Sunday, marking the Day of the Interior Ministry and the Day of Police.

Traditional parade organised every year within the ceremony marking the Interior Ministry Day drew the attention of the youngest and the oldest citizens, while the police orchestra of both Serbia and Slovakia left a special impression on the audience.

The police orchestra joined the Interior Ministry’s tactical-technical choir at the Kalemegdan park, where citizens had a chance to get acquainted with skills, equipment and vehicles the police use in their work.

Wreaths were laid on several locations in Belgrade on the Police Day and the Interior Ministry Day, while the Holy Trinity patron saint’s day was marked in a ceremony at the Interior Ministry’s premises.
