Serbia has excellent cooperation with IRMCT, Justice Ministry says

The agency cited a statement from Serbia’s Justice Ministry as saying Minister Nela Kuburovic and Serge Brammertz, the IRMCT prosecutor, met in New York ahead of the UN Security Council session.

Kuburovic will take part in the session which will discuss the report.

The statement added Brammertz hailed the organisation of the regional conference of the war crimes prosecutors, held in Belgrade in May.

Speaking about further improvement of Serbia’s War Crimes Prospectors’ Office capacity, Brammertz said the IRMCT would continue to support it with special training for the deputy prosecutors.
