Poll shows most Serbian homeowners sell through agencies

According to the agency’s research, 71.4 percent of homeowners said they need support when selling their apartments or houses, adding that they went to real estate agencies right away.  

According to the poll, 65.7 percent of homeowners said they went to several real estate agencies to speed up the process while 27.1 percent said their choice of real estate agencies were based on recommendations. A total of 60 percent said that it’s important which agency advertises their home for sale because of the huge number of advertisements in the media and online.  

The poll also showed that 40 percent of real estate buyers said that the price is the most important element in the process.
