Central parts of the southern Serbian city of Nis were flooded by heavy rain on Monday afternoon, leaving some streets blocked with cars which could not move.
The water was up to half a meter deep in some places.
The rainstorm left an exit road to the highway south blocked with cars stuck in deep water.
