A 35-year-old from the eastern town of Negotin was arrested on Sunday on suspicion of having killed Rajo Kazimirovic and three of his family members at the beginning of August, the Interior Ministry said on Sunday.
Identified only by his initial D.P., the man is suspected of murder and illicit production, possession and trafficking of arms and explosives.
The Ministry said that the suspected murder weapons, a machine pistol, a semi-automatic rifle and two silencers, were found buried in a forest near the eastern town of Jakubovac, where the killings took place.
Several more guns and a large amount of ammunition were found during the search of the premises of the detained man who is accused of having killed Kuzmanovic (71), his mother, sister and her daughter on August 7.
