Aleksandar Bjelic, from the Autotaxi Association of Serbia, announced that taxi drivers will organise a Belgrade protest on Monday from 2 to 5 pm, but that they would not block the Gazela bridge.
Bjelic told Prva Television that taxi drivers would accept Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic's invitation for talks, but that the date of the meeting is still unknown, because the meeting does not depend on them.
"We listened to Vucic, and our colleagues from Novi Sad, Nis, Kragujevac and Pancevo will not come to Belgrade," said Bjelic, who called on Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabic to show "the loopholes in the law, which taxi drivers proved that they don't exist."
