He pointed out that the assistance of the US Embassy, ​​IREX and other Western media development funds, as well as a business project between one of Albania's largest companies and a Serbian firm, have been called "bloody American-Shqiptar cash".

Tomanovic also noted that "a fake photo of a successful Albanian businessman was published and the owner of TV A2 CNN Albania was labelled a mobster and drug dealer, while Yugoslav Cosic was labelled a Shqiptar mercenary."

He said that this has "created the conditions for violence against justice to escalate into violence against an individual who has now been marked as the leader of a news team waging a special war against Serbia and the Serbs."

"The justified concerns about our client's safety require a security assessment of the level of threat which we will ask the competent services and state authorities to conduct," Tomanovic announced.
