Wizz Air stops flying Belgrade to Lyon

The Hungarian low-cost airline Wizz Air has decided to discontinue flights between Belgrade and Lyon, the Ex-Yu Aviation News portal reported on Wednesday.

Wizz Air started flying between the Serbian capital and the French city in the summer of 2019 with plans to fly year-round but the line was limited to the summer season from the start.

The airline said it would not renew the twice weekly flights on that line in 2020.
