YIHR: Law in Serbia doesn't ban war criminals from taking part in election

The regional NGO's network of the Youth Initiatives for Human Rights (YIHR) warned on Friday that the participation of convicted war criminals in Serbia's public life, including the forthcoming election campaign, was "an insult to victims, a threat to peace in the region and the handbrake to the democratisation and Europeanisation," the Beta news agency reported.
