Albania’s top diplomat denies secret agreement on Kosovo

He told a news conference that he was told in Washington that no such agreement exists. He added that there will be no exchange of territories between Serbian and Kosovo.

“There is no secret agreement and there is no division of the territory of Kosovo. No one, not even Albania is making plans for the division of Kosovo and there is no rush to reach a final agreement just because of election politics,” he said.

Cakaj said that his visit to Washington was not linked to Kosovo.
