The documentary 'Then Comes the Evening,' by Maja Novakovic has entered the Oscar competition after winning the jury award at the US documentary film festival 'Full Frame' in Durham, North Carolina.

Novakovic’s first documentary, made in cooperation with Belgrade Academy Film Centre, has won more than 40 awards at over 50 world festivals.

 The story follows the lives of women in the mountain villages between Bratunac and Srebrenica in the easternmost part of Bosnia.
