In the last 24, seven died from coronavirus-related complications, while the number of newly infected recorded a slight drop, N1 reported on Wednesday.

The death toll stood at 558 since the epidemic outbreak.

Out of 9,653 tested, 372 were confirmed positive on the novel virus.

The number of hospitalised was 4,501, and 143 of them were on ventilators.

Since the first officially registered patient in Serbia on March 6, 650,744 people were tested, and 24,892 were confirmed positive.
