Serbian Health Minister Zlatibor Loncar said on Thursday that more than 300 medical staff had tested positive for the coronavirus to date.
He said that 364 doctors, nurses and other medical staff had been infected with the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, adding that 28 of them have been hospitalized.
The Serbian state TV (RTS) said that Loncar spoke to health care system staff in Cacak, Kraljevo, Novi Pazar and Kragujevac before disclosing the number of medical staff who have been infected.
