The Serbian government’s pandemic Crisis Staff said on Friday that movie houses and theaters can re-open on Monday.

Dr Darija Kisic Tepavcevic, deputy head of the Batut Public Health Institute, told the Serbian state TV (RTS) that the movie houses and theaters should be cleaned and disinfected before opening, adding that the measures introduced to combat the coronavirus indoors would be enforced.  

She said that only half the seats would be sold with a maximum of 500 people per theater.
