Nova portal says Telekom has more dealings with Igor Zezelj

It said that Telekom has dealings with the Telecruiser d.o.o. company owned by Zezelj and Milos Ratkovic. According to documents that the portal had access to, Telecruiser is a production company for Arena Sport TV, that is the Arena Channels Group which is wholly owned by Telekom. One of those documents was a bill from Telecruiser to Arena Sport for 500,000 Dinars for a broadcast of one basketball game abd 118,000 for another. Telecruiser was set up in October 2019 and is based at the same address as Zezelj’s Wireless Media.

Earlier this week, opposition politician Marinika Tepic released a contract which showed that Telekom invested 38 million Euro into Wireless Media without getting any share of the company while Zezelj’s company agreed to invest 28 million into Mondo Inc and the Mondo.rs portal which was owned by Telekom along with a transfer of know-how and technology. Lawyer Vladimir Todoric said that Wireless Media wholly owns Mondo Inc “which means that he agreed to transfer know-how and technology to himself”. Under the contract, Telekom can buy Mondo Inc in five years.

Telekom Serbia responded saying that the claims are part of what it called a brutal campaign to destroy the company by a “business lobby headed by tycoons Dragan Djilas and Draga Solak” to prevent the rise of Telekom Serbia which it said is causing the increasingly bad business results and increasing debts of the United Group.

Wireless Media issued a statement condemning the attack on Zezelj’s companies, claiming that it was intended to destroy the reputation of the company and its owner.
