Two people died and out of 1,772 people tested 145 were confirmed infected with the coronavirus in North Macedonia over the last 24 hours, the country’s Health Ministry said on Wednesday.

It added that the death toll has stood at 606, while 14,600 people have been tested positive on the novel virus since the epidemic outbreak in the country.

North Macedonia registered 2,253 active cases on Wednesday, one of whom was on a ventilator and 45 on the oxygen support.

According to the North Macedonia’s Public Health Institute, a total of 11,741, patients have recovered so far, while as many as 151,706 people have been tested.
