The formation of the Community of Serb Municipalities (CSM) would not be a topic during Thursday’s meeting between Belgrade and Pristina in Brussels, the European Union Special envoy for the dialogue Miroslav Lajčák tweeted on Wednesday.
What appears to be his answer to the claim by Marko Djuric, the head of Serbia’s Government Office for Kosovo, that the list of the technical dialogue would include the CSM, Lajčák said the talks would be about two issues – mutual financial claims and the minorities’ communities status, not the CSM topic.

Duric responded with two tweets, thanking Lajčák for hosting the meeting and adding the agenda would include the CSM issue.

Kosovo officials also discuss whether and how to negotiate the formation of CSM. Their debate over what will be on the agenda of negotiations between Pristina and Belgrade intensifies and President Hashim Thaci joined it on Thursday.
He demanded that the Parliament urgently adopt a resolution banning Hoti from negotiating on CSM, despite both Lajčák and Hoti denying that will be on the list for the tomorrow's meeting.
