The Serbian parliament’s 2020 budget has been increased by more than a billion Dinars (1 Euro – 118 Dinars), the Beta news agency reported on Wednesday.

It said that the administrative and budget committee adopted a proposal by Parliament General Secretary Veljko Odalovic to raise the budget from 2,189,944,000 Dinars to 3,207,766,000 Dinars.

Beta was told that the main reason for the increase is the payment of salaries for parliament staff.
