
The sales exhibition of recently deceased Srdjan Suki Sulejmanovic, an EPA photojournalist's works opened in the Belgarde main pedestrian area, Knez Mihailova street, on Friday.
After his photos were exhibited at the 'Progres' gallery, Belgraders can see them in the open, what has been his life-time wish – to show his work in his native city's favourite street at the end of his career.
His colleagues and friends met his wish after his death at the age of 52 on September 24.
The photos will be displayed until November 30, and the proceeds from the saleare being channelled to help pay for the treatment of two-years-old Anika Manic suffering from Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) type 1, a rare, progressive and terminal neuromuscular disease.
