Serbian government forms Education and Science Reform Council

The Serbian government formed the Council for strategic issues and reforms in education and science on Thursday, the government press office said.

The press release said that the Council will be chaired by Prime Minister Ana Brnabic with Education, Science and Technological Development Minister Branko Ruzic and advisor to the president and prime minister Mladen Sarcevic as her deputies.  

The Council’s priorities include the adopting of development strategy for education and science to the year 2030, development of infrastructure, construction of housing for young scientists in the city of Nis and the introduction of dual education. Ruzic told the meeting that the strategy should be completed early next year.
