
A new COVID hospital with 500 beds was opened in the central town of Krusevac on Sunday, with 350 beds in semi-intensive and 150 in intensive care units.
The first patients should be admitted Monday.
The hospital was built on the site of the former Rasina barracks.
Serbia’s President Aleksandar Vucic witnessed the opening and said the equipment for the new hospital cost over 8.5 million Euro (1,119,000,000 Dinars).
