Assistant Minister says Serbian media affected by pandemic

Trifunovic told an online conference on the media in the pandemic, economic crisis and technology changes that the media have an important role to play especially in challenging times.

She said that negative developments were happening in media across the world, including speculation, panic, incomplete and baseless information, adding that the pandemic has turned television into a trusted source of information while print media have been affected more by the pandemic.

She said that the Action Plan for the national media strategy had been adopted earlier this month and included a number of measures and activities to be implemented over the next two years.
