Serbia’s flag carrier ‘Air Serbia’ said on Tuesday it would launch direct flights between Belgrade and Amman in Jordan and to Lyon in France from June 1, and planned regular flights to Sochi in Russia from June 2.

Airline tickets for Amman and Lyon are already available.

Flights on the route Belgrade – Amman are planned four times a week throughout the year, except in winter, when there will be three flights a week.

Air Serbia said the new route would provide good connections between Amman and other destinations in its network, from Berlin, Vienna or Zurich to Zagreb via Belgrade.

The tickets for the Belgrade-Sochi flights will be available after obtaining the necessary permits from the relevant aviation authorities.
Lyon is the third destination of Air Serbia in France, after Paris and Nice.
