Air Serbia renews Belgrade-Tel Aviv flights
The Serbian national airline Air Serbia said that, with flight JU812 on Thursday, it re-established direct flights between Belgrade and Tel Aviv after more than three years.
The national airline will be operating flights to this city in Israel on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, and on Mondays starting 8 May.
The first Air Serbia flight received an official welcome at the Ben Gurion Airport, located 20 kilometers from Tel Aviv.
“The White City”, which is what Tel Aviv is frequently called, is the second largest city in Israel. It is located on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea and it offers visitors a unique blend of art, culture, archaeology, entertainment and tourism, said Air Serbia in a press release.
By adding Tel Aviv into its network of destinations, Air Serbia has further enriched its offer, enabling passengers good connections between the Middle East and West Europe, United States of America and the Balkans, said the press release.
