The national flag carrier Air Serbia said on Friday it would fly to four new destinations in Russia due to the great interest of passengers from that country and the region.
In May, the number of flights to Moscow will increase from six to seven times a week.
In June, Air Serbia will resume traffic to two destinations to which flights were suspended due to the coronavirus pandemic on June 4 to Krasnodar and June 8 to St. Petersburg.
On June 4, the national airline will also start flying to a new destination in Rostov-on-Don twice a week.
"The Russian Federation is a strategically important market for us, and we are pleased that we will soon fly to as many as four destinations in this great country. We are proud to operate the new destination to Rostov-on-Don, as the third city after Oslo and Geneva, since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic outbreak, and the second during this year," Jiří Marek, Air Serbia Director of Commercial and Strategy, said.
