Air Serbia to resume Nice service in September
On 19 September 2024, Air Serbia will resume direct flights between Belgrade and Nice, said the Serbian flag carrier.
The national airline will fly to the French city twice a week, on Thursdays and Sundays, and the flight will last about two hours. Tickets are available as of Friday, August 16, said the company in a press release.
“Air Serbia introduced direct flights between Serbia and Nice in June 2019, as a seasonal service. Today, I am pleased to announce that scheduled flights to this destination will launch on 19 September. Nice is one of the most attractive cities on the French Riviera, and a very popular tourist destination in Europe. Bringing this city back into our growing network of destinations enables a fast and comfortable link, as well as good connections from Nice via Belgrade to a large number of cities around the world,” said Bosko Rupic, General Manager Commercial and Strategy, Air Serbia.
The Serbian national airline will fly to the Nice Cote d'Azur Airport (NCE), which is located about 6 kilometers west of the city centre. It is the second largest airport in France, and handles over 14 million passengers annually. Flights to over 100 destinations and 40 countries all over the world are available from Nice Airport.
