Anti-Pink TV message painted over Mladic mural

The message Turn on Your Brain, Turn Off Pink was painted on the wall and signed by the Grobari supporters club affiliated with Partizan Belgrade. TV Pink is viewed as one of the strongest supporters of the Serbian authorities.

The Mladic mural was painted over with white paint with the Grobari message painted over it. The mural was the site of several protests and failed attempts to remove it before a red heart was painted over the face recently and was painted over in white. The mural included the insignia of a Partizan supporter group who are considered to be supporters of and under the control of the authorities.

Partizan supporters unfurled a banner with the same message at a recent basketball game with Real Madrid in Belgrade. Partizan lost prompting the owner of TV Pink Zeljko Mitrovic to say in a Twitter post: You don’t like Pink, you always lose.
