Average salary in Serbia up in February

“The growth of gross and net salaries in the January-February 2022 period compared to the same period a year earlier stood at 12.9 percent nominally and 4.1 percent in real terms,” a press release said.

It said that the average net salary in February 2022 stood at 70,605 Dinars (1 Euro – 118 Dinars) and the average gross salary stood at 97,392 Dinars. Compared to the same month a year earlier, the average gross and net salaries in February 2022 were 13.4 percent higher nominally and 4.2 percent in real terms.

The media salary in February 2022 stood at 53.590 Dinars which means that 50 percent of the workforce have salaries up to that level, the press release said.
