Belgrade again one of the most polluted cities in the world

According to AirVisual data, at 7 am Wednesday the Serbian capital was the fourth most polluted city in the world, behind New Delhi in India, Lahore in Pakistan and Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, Beta reported.

The quality of air in Belgrade is rated as “unhealthy,” with a quality index of 158, while there are no other Serbian cities among the top 50 most polluted cities on Wednesday morning.

The most polluted cities in the region, after Belgrade, are Zagreb, Sarajevo and Pristina, where the quality of air is rated as “unhealthy for sensitive groups.”
