Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra to send aid to Turkey, Syria

“Even though this concert is not named after a city in Turkey or Syria, our thoughts go right there. We are sending the proceeds from tonight's performance to help these countries in their difficult time, and the audience will also be invited to contribute,” said the Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra.

The Orchestra is performing under the baton of conductor Gerit Prisnic and presenting Finnish violinist Elina Vahala. The Orchestra’s season On the Right Track is dedicated to different metropolises, on Friday evening that will be Helsinki and compositions by Finnish composers will be performed.
