Two Novi Sad-based activist organizations raised a bloody hand banner at a central shopping mall on Friday.

The bloody hand symbol has been used by both opposition and civic activists to demand accountability for the collapse of a canopy roof at Novi Sad Railway Station on November 1 which claimed 15 lives.

The SviCe and STAV organizations raised the 8 meter long banner at the Promenade mall and threw 5,000 flyers saying Your Hands are Bloody across the mall. The two organizations said in an X post that the flyers included information about the tragedy.
